To Submit an Event

Complete the form below to list an event on the Luzerne County Calendar of Events. Fill in all the applicable spaces to ensure the event listing is informative and reaches its targeted audience.  Please provide a phone number and website address so visitors can learn more about the event or activity.

How the Luzerne County Events Calendar Works

Luzerne County Convention and Visitors Bureau will typically process and list events within 48 hours after you submit them. You may list your event up to 365 days in advance and events will display on the calendar until the event data passes.

The Luzerne County Convention and Visitors Bureau reserves the right to review, confirm, edit event for style and brevity, or reject inappropriate listings. Remember, your event listing will not appear on the Luzerne County Calendar of Events until the event has been approved by the Luzerne County Convention and Visitors Bureau.

TIP: If you set both a Start and End Date, your event will display on each day of the date range you enter.
